Alpine guesthouse Angerwirt ***

The Angerwirt is a cosy mountain inn which is run as a family business.

The kitchen is the realm of the chef, who spoils all the guests with down-to-earth, good plain cooking and homemade pastries. The sun terrace is popular thanks to the wonderful view. The large children’s play area is great fun for the younger “Angerwirt guests”. Table tennis and hire bikes complete the varied offer. There are also disabled toilets.

The inviting rooms are equipped with a shower, a WC and, in some cases, with a balcony. There is a cosy lounge in a “mountain pasture style” and an attractive large hall for company excursions, senior citizens’ trips, coach parties and other celebrations.

In the winter, snow-covered hills and sleepy forests invite you to enjoy moments of complete rest and relaxation. People looking for recreation appreciate the offer of the surrounding ski lifts and the entry to the Almenland – cross-country skiing trails right next to our hotels. The car park at the Angerwirt is always cleared! In the summer, the Angerwirt is a wonderful starting point for hikes and is located directly on the Mariazell long-distance hiking trail.
