Situated only about 250 m from the centre of Sankt Kathrein am Offenegg, our holiday home offers a unique panoramic view across our own game preserve to the Passailer Kessel and the surrounding alpine pastures. Hiking trails directly in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Due to the location, shopping facilities and surrounding restaurants and inns are also within easy walking distance. Fresh eggs can also be taken daily from our henhouse. The 3.5 hectare fallow deer enclosure, the large partially covered terrace, a covered barbecue area with plenty of seating, herb garden, seasonal berries and vegetables offer a wonderful ambience to relax and experience. Pets allowed for an extra charge & ample parking available on the property.
Our house offers:
70 m2 on 3 floors (HG,OG&UG ~210 m2) and therefore unfortunately NOT barrier-free.
