In the approximately 80m² house there are 2 rooms on the upper floor, one of which is a mattress store, a large vestibule with an additional sofa with sleeping function for max. 2 people. On the ground floor you will find a spacious, completely new kitchen with a large dining area. The holiday home is heated with a pellet stove. The bathroom with toilet can also be found underneath. The living-dining area leads directly to the walk-out terrace with a large garden area. There is also a caport for storing a car.
