Mare's milk farm "Töchterlehof"

In Austria’s garden, embedded in the magnificent landscape of the Feistritztal, Styrian organic mare’s milk products are produced with animal-friendly closed substance cycle management. Some 60 horses await you.

What to expect:

• Around 60 horses
• Open the barn doors and experience thoroughbred horses and foals up close
• The world’s largest wooden Trojan horse tells a story from a foal’s perspective
• In the Stutenmilchkino in the beautiful vaulted cellar, watch a film about mare’s milk production and the benefits of animal-friendly closed substance cycle management
• The mini ponies are very trusting and love to be petted
• Fresh organic mare’s milk tasting and shopping for high quality mare’s milk products in the farm store
• Wonderful energy sites on the farm
• Carriage rides through the splendid Feistritztal and into the Apfelland (by telephone appointment, starting at 2:00 pm)

Opening hours:

• All year round: Monday to Friday from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
• May - September every 1st Saturday of the month from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Closed on Sundays and public holidays
