Hofbauer Alpine-Round

We start in the village center of St. Jakob in Breitenau am Hochlantsch, from there it is quite a steep climb up to Eibegg, where wonderful views await us. We continue over the Ederkogel to the Hofbauer Alm. There you can see the Hochlantsch, the Hochschwab, the Hochschlag, the Schöckl and many other peaks

On the Hofbauer Alm, the Hofbauer Almhütte also invites you to stop for a bite to eat. Please note that the hut is closed in winter. The way back is via the Dornkogel until we finally reach St. Jakob again. If you wish, you can also take a break there at Gasthof Hofbauer.

The hike can be shortened or extended as you wish.
