Incredible View!
With the starting point of the hike right at Mixnitz train station, getting there by public transport is child's play!
Via the Bucheben, we head up to the Rote Wand, whose color is highlighted by the morning sun. With a little luck, majestic ibexes may even cross our path. Once we reach the Tyrnaueralm, the alpine hut of the same name invites you to take a break, although please note that the hut is closed in winter!
The hike can easily be adapted, for example, if you want a longer tour, you can hike further up to the Teichalm (approx. 4.5 km).
Start/end: Train Station Mixnitz
Parking: Train Station Mixnitz
Duration: 17,1 km | 7 hours
Total rise: 1.150 m
