Homemade sausages, farmhouse bread, spreads, smoke chamber smoked and salted meat, typical Styrian food tastes best. Our smoked and salted meat is only cured with salt and seasonings and smoked for a week in thesmoke chamber. Our specialities are refined by herbs and ingredients from our own garden. The well-known crispy potato sausage with roast pork and sauerkraut is available when ordered in advance.
