The fish restaurant Kulmer has had its toque for 20 years – it stands for fresh, seasonal products of a high quality. The restaurant currently has 110 seats and a spacious conservatory. A room with a tiled stove and a small parlour also invite people to enjoy culinary pleasures.
A special highlight is the domed parlour, in which there is a range and an open fireplace. There is space for small groups of up to 10 people here.
The fish smokehouse was opened in 2009 and has an area of approx. 3.000 m². Here, just 35 employees process approx. 800 tonnes of raw fish, trout, char, salmon trout, salmon, catfish and carp according to the highest purity requirements.
