The small vinegar manufactory in an old farmhouse dating back to 1799 sits in an idyllic location 750 m above sea level. After a burnout, Beate Oswald started producing vinegar in her parents’ operation with her life partner. They have jointly acquired comprehensive knowledge of vinegar production and processing. Today the fruits and herbs around the farm are turned into numerous tasty vinegar varieties. Only regional products are processed in the vinegar manufactory according to ancient traditions.
The farm store is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Products can also be purchased through an online shop.
During a guided tour in the production cellar, visitors learn everything about the production of the various award-winning vinegars. You will get to know the differences between the vinegar types and varieties. Furthermore, one learns why the natural orchards of the park are so important for the production. Afterwards, a selection of the vinegars will be tasted.
